Vivo V50 Leaked: The expected launch of Vivo V50 in India is just around the corner. Although the company has not shared the date yet, a leaked advertisement suggests that the smartphone may be launched on February 18, 2025. This corroborates the earlier reports which suggested release date around mid February.
The Vivo V50 is purported to launch as the refreshed version of Vivo S20 with a flagship Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor and dual Zeiss rear cameras.

- Design and Display
For the display, the Vivo V50 is expected to have a 6.67 inch AMOLED micro-quad-curved display. Expected resolution is 1.5K, with the phone supporting 120Hz refresh rate making the visuals smoother at 1,260 × 2,800 pixels.
Leaked images show the phone’s color as Rose Red which apparently draws some inspiration from Indian wedding attires. Despite this, the phoned is expected to be the slimmest device in the market even with a big battery.

Now for hardware, phone is expected to come with Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor. Most likely we will have a few different options:
- 8GB RAM with 128GB Storage
- 8GB RAM with 256GB Storage
- 12GB RAM with 512GB Storage
The phone is said to be running Android 15 alongside Funtouch OS 15. An in-display fingerprint scanner is also expected to be included.

The smartphone is said to operate on a 6000mAh battery. It is presumed to have 80W fast charging capability, allowing the device to be powered up faster.

The Vivo V50 is expected to be water and dust resistant on IP68/69 rating cert. The volume button and power button sit on the right side. The phone is said to feature a quad-curved screen like the Vivo X200 Pro.

The latest leaks suggest that the expected price for the Vivo V50 is around ₹37,999 which makes it very competitive in the midrange segment. This price is a bit higher than where the Vivo V40 launched at ₹34,999.

At this moment, there is no official statement confirming that Vivo will launch the V50 smartphone internationally. However, based on rumors, its outstanding specifications and Vivo’s trends in the past suggest that the smartphone is set to hit global markets in the upcoming months.
