Spinach is an incredibly nutritious food, however, eating palak paneer just before going to sleep might have a reverse effect.
The oxalates in spinach limit the body’s ability to absorb calcium, while the casein protein in the paneer will slowly release during the night, definitely not helping a deep sleep cycle.
