6. Flavored Yogurt – The Sweet Trap

Often flavored yogurt comes with a label “healthy”. Low-fat, fruit mix, probiotic — this seems like the perfect option. However, when you take a closer look, you find it is not that healthy at all.
Many flavored yogurts contain a tremendous amount of added sugar – even more than a dessert. This sugar is directly delivered to the liver where it is stored in the form of fat.
Furthermore, if you have the habit of eating it every day and when you believe that it is beneficial to your stomach, you are still the one who is feeding your liver fat with every bite.
Also, your liver has to deal with artificial flavors, colors, and preservatives, at the same time, all natural benefits of yogurt are received. Most of the harmful substances are removed in the form of urine, but some still remain in the body.
The problem is not the yogurt itself, but what was done with it.
