4. Packaged Noodles – Quick to Make, Hard to Digest

They come fast. They are delicious. They are cost-effective. Nevertheless, beneath the taste, the instant noodles are a serious burden to bear with the silent sufferer – i.e., the liver.
The packaging is truly full of sodium, monosodium glutamate, and different chemicals that function as preservatives. Without taking them off, your liver is in a constant state of overwork, trying to lessen the detoxifying responsibility from the body.
The problem is not only in the masala-mix packet. The flour used in making the noodles is also highly refined, meaning it lacks fiber, essential nutrients—it is actually just an empty carbs stuff. Thus sugar spikes, fat deposits, and more liver tasks will be the consequences.
The body will manage if the frequency of intake is occasional. However, if it is done every day as a regular habit, your liver may already be in a critical condition, and you are not aware of it.
It’s true that it’s a type of fast food. The problem with your liver? This is a slow process.
