Killing the E-Coli in your plate is the way pickles work. Pickling makes every tea-time better. But the abundant salty taste of the mass of snacks you may eat is your liver’s hidden enemy.

The problem is not only that bottled food has an extra punch of taste. Pickles are marinated in a very salty solution. Chips are dulcified with a mixture of spices that will keep you wanting more.

When your body has to process this enormous quantity of salt, it remains in the liver and there are water retention and inflammation of liver tissues as a consequence.

You don’t see this, but your liver has a difficult task to handle due to the increase of the sodium every day your liver is becoming overactive having inflammation and can store a lot of fluids at the same moment.

This has nothing to do with pickles or chips, which you can’t or don’t want to eat all the time. When they become frequent from time to time, your liver starts suffering quietly without failing.
